        Just come back from the shop and i do not appreciate how i was treated by one of the members of staff. It was an older male. I asked about a bookcase they had instore about how much the delivery would be. He said oh it will be about 15 to 20 pound. I politely declined and said thank you very much. As I was walking away in a very rude and sarcastic tone he said 'well you didn't think it was only going to be five pound did you?' - excuse me but that is no way to talk to a customer who was only asking a question. Don't make me feel bad that i cannot afford your delivery prices
