I have known Mags Potter for over a year and regard her very highly indeed. Her role as Virtual Assistant is carried out faultlessly and always with a smile. She is a real support and a listening ear when needed. She can take away administrative work whilst you can get on running your business. You know that it will be carried out to the highest level and by the agreed time I would unhesitatingly recommend Mags and PBS to anyone..

I love going and seeing Mags she gets all my paperwork and appointments in order so that my salon can run as smoothly as possible she has been an absolute God send I don't know what i would do without her sometimes

Mags is excellent! I run more than one business and Mags helps me to take care of them all. She closely monitors my incoming emails, sorting them into folders and lets me know straight away if something is urgent or requires action. She is also handling my incoming calls for the business and since I have started working with Mags I have seen an increase in the number of jobs that have been converted! Sometimes when you run a business you want to get on with what you do best, and for me, sometimes I am so busy that I miss emails and calls and therefore miss out on jobs. Mags has ensured that all clients are contacted, kept up to date and most importantly they get booked in!! Mags, there is no way you are ever leaving me, you are stuck with me forever!!
