This company is awfully shocking to work for. Management is shocking! They have people who are not even qualified as management being management. They have care field supervisor that has no experience. A care coordinator that does not listen to your availability. The way we got spoke to was appalling. I would not want my family under the care of this company. They cut call times down when they have been allocated Pacific times. Its so unprofessional. They bully you into shifts that you cannot do. They do not listen and are definitely not fair with you! Awful experience. Payments are always wrong for wages. I will be taking it upon myself to report to DCC, CQC and get legal advice.they cut clients calls and say they have no staff to come. They leave them for hours with no meals medication and the worst of all leave them soiled. Please please dont use this company for your family

Management very poor. Disgusting attitude towards staff. No wonder they cant keep staff. Poor communication with service users. I would highly recommend you do NOT use this company. its a disgrace to the care industry.

This company was very stressful to deal with and let us down countless times. The office blamed Covid and the carers - and the carers blamed the office, but the result was harmful for my husband. They regularly failed to come at agreed times and were usually on answer phone when I tried to find out what was happening. On numerous occasions I left messages but did not get responses. Sometimes they lied about how long the carers would be, claiming on one occasion that they were pulling into my drive when they actually arrived another hour later. On three occasions they did not come at all, and again could not be contacted, causing us great distress. I regularly spoke to the manager but nothing improved. This company is very badly managed and uncaring and I recommend avoiding them if you can. Ive given one star because a couple of their carers actually cared.

Please never trust your family and loved ones in the hands of this company, they are left hours and hours after they are supposed to be changed/washed etc. Constantly late, without staff and the office staff have no care or consideration whatsoever. The actual carers that come are mostly lovely and couldnt fault the job they do when they are here but the organisation itself is ran so so badly. We are now stuck with this company until we have other options and it is upsetting for the person being looked after as they do have bonds with the carers themselves so it is a shame, but everyday you are guessing whether you are going to have your calls or not.

Thank you so much to Alison and Caleb for organising support for me at very short notice. The service I have received from this care agency is wonderful. They are always on hand and so happy to assist people, they are truly a caring agency. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
