        My Dell laptop died with a system failure about 2 years ago. Couldn't even log in. Yusef (think that's his name) managed to get into it and re-install windows 7, which was what i wanted. It's been good as new ever since. Will be taking it there again in Jan (when & updates become unavailable) to hopefully get Windows 10 or 13 installed. Good service, kind helpful staff. thanks.

        I went to trade my old laptop for a new one. After seeing the condition of my laptop, gentleman named Yousuf suggested me not to trade my old laptop for a new one and instead have the RAM of my laptop upgraded to 8 GB. He was polite and empathetic to ensure that I don't waste my money simply trading my laptop. Yousuf could have made more money by simply accepting my request to trade. Hats off to his customer service skills and business ethics; he just charged me 20 for RAM upgrade. I would definitely recommend INK PLUS for Laptop & PC repairs.
