Arranged viewing with Paul who turned up late, agreed to message me the details after but never did. Not to mention he didnt treat me very well, told me multiple times its without bills and asked if i could even afford it (i assured him multiple times i could). The flat is still up on the website for rent so i guess Paul just didnt like me or simply didnt believe i could afford it for some reason. Very unprofessional attitude and pretty much a waste of time. Would give 0 stars if i could. Also most of the reviews on here are fake. Thats how the rating is good. Never trust reviews from profiles who only reviewed one thing.

Paul is the best landlord I have ever had and their accommodations are very nice. Very chill guy and Maddy is great as well. Really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience staying at a shared en-suite accommodation by MyplaceinPreston. The room is very spacious and furnished with quality products. Even, the common space like Kitchen is very spacious and have lots of storage space. Moreover, Paul and Maddie are easily reachable and any problems are resolved swiftly. Overall, I had a happy stay

Complete disaster. 1 star because I cant give 0. I had arranged a room with Paul and I was ready to move in a Saturday, but two days before he sent me a message saying the room was no longer available. He left me without anywhere to go and he didnt care a little, not responding to my messages or calls. I dont recommend this place, you will have problems, and you will not have a helpful landlord. In response to your answer... It says very little of you. I confirmed you that I wanted that room the same day we had the viewing. You told me you will email me all the details. I asked you many times to pay the deposit to secure the room at that same moment, that same day, but you told me to trust you... So i confirmed you that i wanted the room, but because is not in writing I suppose I cant prove it. I shouldn't have trust you. Im happy that it didn't work out, because your trust is worthless. You left me without anywhere to go two days before moving in.
