Phoned to ask opening times and they said what I required, by the time I got to the shop my stuff was ready and waiting, brilliant service Jzk

I purchased a boys jubbah and asked for a reciept and was told "don't worry, I'm here all the time" so I came back to return it and was told that they don't do returns. They only do exchanges. The woman was extremely rude and aggressive. She didn't have a clue how much the previous sales assistant charged me for it, I had to tell her. I asked her to lower her voice as my child was crying due to her loud and hostile tone. She continued to shout and tell me to "go to an English shop" if I want receipts. A few other comments made by her and the owner who was on video call with her: "It's not a charity shop" "You should think before you buy" "Our tills doesn't give recipets" "It's not my shop, it's my sister in laws shop" "Come back and sort it out with her" Absolutely ridiculous excuses for not wanting to refund an item. I looked around the shop and there were no signs saying that they don't do refunds (accurate as of 29/01/2023). At this point, she was so hostile, she didn't let me speak. I would highly recommend that you avoid this shop as they are very unprofessional, rude, loud and money-hungry.
