My dealings with Breezy properties cost me close to 900 pounds. The agents showed me a property saying it has three double bedrooms plus a small lounge and a garden and at the time of handing me the keys to the property three days later came with the actual owners of the property who gave a different description of the rooms which they said as two double bedrooms, a study room without window as single room, a large lounge and no rights to the garden which was not acceptable to me and I refused to rent the property so they kept the 500 pounds taken as administrative fees and deducted 369 pounds for one week although they had not handed me the keys. Be very careful if dealing with this letting agency.
