I am in the USA and had 2 pallets in the UK that needed to be moved on point A to point B. As you can imagine, it's rather nerve-wracking hiring someone sight unseen halfway across the world, wondering if they're for real, if they'll show up, if they'll take my stuff and just disappear. From the first, Chris was incredibly responsive. The cost that he quoted me was about half of what I'd been quoted elsewhere. Even when the appointment we'd set up was delayed (by point A), Chris was happy to reschedule for me with no additional cost for the inconvenience to him. My product was picked up on time, transported safely and with no damage, and delivered promptly to point B. I was up from 1 a.m. to 3 a.m. my time, unable to sleep worrying about NOTHING! When I got a message at 3 a.m. that everything was safely delivered, I had the peace of mind to finally be able to fall back asleep. Thank you so much Chris!
