I have transfered to this surgery after having a very bad experience with another local GP. I can honestly say that everytime I called or visited the practice everyone has been polite, very helpfull and understanding. Phones are answered promptly and never had an issue securing an appointment.

Have been at this Surgery 25 years, and stayed despite moving out the area in 2020. It WAS always good reception and care, but seriously I dont know what happened since 2020! I feel the ones behind the window feel they are above the patients (not including the young girl) ! Rude and unhelpful. Im shocked at the lack of 'oomph' in there unless it's to interrogate you. I went to pick up a letter today that cost 15!! Its been sat there a week as Ive been unable to get up to get it due to other commitments, I paid and I asked if it had been signed? The girl on reception said 'yes it should be', it wasn't! I handed it back and they took the letter out towards Dr Singh's room, then came back and put it on the front desk. I assumed he was with a patient and after standing at the window like a dummy waiting for an explaination of what was happening, I sat down to wait! After 40 minutes of waiting, I asked wth was happening, only to find out that Dr Singh wasn't even in the building!!!! WHAT!! Why wasnt I told? SECONDLY the letter itself, after being told 'how time consuming' etc it is to type a letter - the UNSIGNED content couldn't have been more unprofessional if my 8 yr old grand child had typed it! Its bad enough I paid pretty much 15 for just over one line - but seriously how does this even look legit? After the shocking way my daughter was treated a couple of weeks ago, this has just confirmed my stance on switching. I have taken her twice recently due to ulceerations on her gums and throat, first time the woman told her to 'come back in a month or whenever' which when I found out I was livid, so I made her a second appointment and told her I was sitting in with her, the second time she was told it was viral! IT WAS MOST LIKELY STREP THROAT!! Luckily I had some antibiotics left that started working almost immediately! This fiasco today is the last straw and begrudginly now we will be moving as the practice has lost its compassion, care and professionalism I feel sorry for those on CB having to deal with that ...
