The Staff here are lovely. There is a waiting list of course but its a charity offering discounted counselling sessions quicker than what the NHS can. The place has literally saved my life and theyve recently won awards from the Queen in recognition of the work they do. More people and places like this is needed. I believe in it so much Ill be starting regular donations every month so they can continue to help people like me.

Was told there will be 12-14 weeks wait. I told them its urgent and she replied I could get a private counselor. Well, not everyone can afford to go to a private counselor. Disappointed!

If you're reading this review, you clearly need some help - Cedar House is where you'll find the help you need, so don't put it off - call them today....However, please be aware they are a Charity Organisation and have limited resources, you may have to wait a few weeks for your first session, but they will do their utmost to get back to you as swiftly as they can (and they don't charge huge amounts for this service, but simply ask for a modest donation within your means) - so believe me, they're WELL worth the wait.....

Negligent. Despite being a charity there's no compassion by the staff that work here. Don't go if you are expecting kindness, compassion or to be spoken to like a human being. Signed me up then therapist was off. Horrible experience with telephone staff who made it clear they wouldn't help
