Nursery staff member asked very rude, personal and insensitive questions putting less focus on the welfare of my child. Nursery staff are very laidback and couldn't contribute to what they do on a daily basis for my child's development.
This is a nursery I would highly NOT RECOMMEND. It is a private nursey and I would expect more from this establishment especially if I am paying for it.
Despite OFSTED's rating of it being a 'good' nursery, further investigations need to be required and would like a review put in place. I do not feel that my child would be safe and secure due to the unprofessional attitude and mannerisms of the staff members.
