        I just talked to Owen, by phone for the 1st time, trying to arrange for a slot to replace the brake pad for my Mercedes. I haven't been there before, he has offered advice which defects how honest and respectful he is. I would recommend dealing with him and his garage. Thanks Owen.

        This garage has never let me down. Turned up one day with a broken windscreen wiper that I couldn't get anywhere, the Scottish employee compromised with an old wiper clip, fixed it, sent me on my way free of charge. "Little things mean a lot".
