Thank you so much for making my experience of purchasing a log burner such a painless one. From the home survey through to the installation of my beautiful log burner, the communication and assurances provided have been nothing short of remarkable. As I was a novice in relation to fires and log burners, I relied on Charlie's expertise to provide me with the right log burner for my home. Charlie and his assistant Ella maintained contact throughout he process, providing me with constant updates and even contacted me following the installation to ensure that I was happy with the service that had been provided. I would definitely recommend Gillibrands to all my friends and family. I have marked them as 4 stars because there is always room for improvement :) Top company and service A*

The initial customer service/advice when purchasing a fire was good and helpful with Charlie very happy to help his prospective customers. However, 12 months after purchase the 3k fire was subject to an annual service by an engineer who came highly recommended by Charlie. This service resulted in the fire being damaged and deemed unsafe. When asked for help with this matter Charlie took no responsibility whatsoever. The recommended engineer also took no responsibility. Despite the findings of an independent gas engineer report, both Gillibrands and their recommended engineer have attempted to suggest the damage has been caused by the customer himself! Please be aware that despite their initial positive customer interaction and despite Gillibrands website claiming to have a small team of experienced engineers the reality is these engineers are in fact all self employed. If you encounter similar issues (after payment/delivery) the customer service may not be what you would expect and leave you with little by way of recourse with Gillibrands.
