Central Park Surgery

I dont often attend the practice and for my second time in 18 months Ive had the worst experience. Attending for a health check there was no introduction, no explanation as of what to expect (NHS website states list of questions and assessment), no reassurance at all from the HCA even when she realised I wasnt expecting to give a blood sample.

Does anyone know if Lorinda is ok? She seems to be in such a bad mood that shes angry at new mothers and their babes which is, at the minimum, alarming. The doctors, receptionists and other nurses seem to be very good, its just such a shame that one person is so aggressive and abrupt that it sours the entire experience. Lorinda, if you dislike your job that much, just leave; The people youre rude to pay your salary and your actions really arent worth the effort, its genuinely just sad, like your signs.

I have always received kind care and attention from the doctors, nurses and reception staff.Any hospital referrals that were needed were handled speedily and I have nothing but praise from the doctors and their team Paul Andrew Gissing

If you are a patient here you can only be ill part time as they are closed on a Tuesday afternoon.
