AVOID this company. Wouldnt even give a one star if I didnt have too. Been a tenant for over 4 year at this property nothing but damp, house flooded every time it rained, windows rotted and dangerous for my young children. Did not have my own electric meter in the property and they charge you for your electric which was not disclosed in the tenancy and you having no power over your energy supplier. Cut half the electric in the property (out buildings) as it was deemed unsafe. Did not get the full amount of the energy grand scheme. They sent a email stating they would return my full deposit only to receive a deduction on the dps website allegedly for an electric bill. They do not respond to emails or phone calls about problems youre having so youre constantly having to chase them about issues which never rarely get resolved. Very unprofessional so glad we moved away from this company

I wont mention individual names as every single member of staff at NewLease have been great from day one. They have managed my property with minimal fuss and were quick to secure a great tenant, who has now been in for several years. I live in Australia and have full trust in the team to manage the property, they make timely decisions when the need arises and consult me full at the earliest opportunity. I highly recommend their services.
