Really bad customer service. Would go to one of the main retailers to buy your Milwaukee products. bought a 420 rivet used once, had to take back, was told 7 to 10 days to be repaired from milwaukee 3 weeks later no call nothing , called them to be told still not back , i asked them to replace , they refused... go direct to milwaukee - do not buy from this company

Avoid this company and go elsewhere, still in a ongoing dispute over a refund for tools not received, they really are not helpful at all and expect me to be out of pocket for a substantial amount, so avoid, had to put 1 star to post

Ordered orbital sander online, came next day. Great price, brilliant service. Wish I lived closer to see all the tools.
