        A pleasure to work with. Always polite, cheerfull and helpful even when it is not a stocked item it is not a problem. Delivery is always either next day or within 2 days for non stock items.

        Bought an alarm/detector today (2021), realised its expired last year (sensor to be replaced in 2020 and the battery to be soon replaced), produced around 6 years ago. When came back to return it, got shouted at and threatened. Never ever I saw this in my life. Also something wrong going with payment handling, I paid with credit card, and when I returned the item, got refund in cash, and they took off the initial invoice from me (it did say cash sale). They sell old stuff. My initial review got deleted by business, but it still stays 1 star and i have proof.
