City plumbing Preston Absolutely don't waste your time ! We went in today two assistants sat in a side office ,seen me take a seat at the customer desk , completely ignored me .then. My husband went to speak with them we were looking for a combination sink and toilet unit they proceeded to tell my husband they had none ,even though they clearly had some on display with brochures to order others it was so obvious they didn't want to help and I only wish the proprietor could see these ignorant men sat at computers hopefully Medea reading the likes of my review ignoring potential customers . It's one thing to be busy , just to say excuse me I'll be with you in a few minutes . To say we have none without taking your face away from the monitor and looking at the actual customer what a complete and utter waste of space not to mention downright rude. I am a disabled person it was no easy task to manoeuvre myself past their railings and their van 3 ton van parked in the small parking bays I just do not recommend this company at all . City Plumbing Preston don't really want your business folks ! Not possible to leave 0 stars ,I would if I could leave minus 0 stars.
