Modern, stylish and clean accommodation! The staff are incredibly helpful!! Big Shoutout to Elaine who made the renting process as smooth as possible! Chloe and Azhard too are both incredibly helpful with any issues you have or enquiries and not to mention very kind with a smile and greeting most mornings! Sue from housekeeping is brilliant too incredibly helpful makes a visit every morning to ensure flat is in order with rubbish and so on always smiling and happy to assist. And lastly incredibly safe accommodation with night security. Rich is great always cheerful and greets me! All in all great accommodation to stay in would 1000% book again!

Definitely the best place to be! Feels like home. Quality everything! 24/7 friendly staff, anytime you have problems youre sorted. I highly recommend!!!

The Friargate student accomodation is a great place to stay in Preston. The staff is always very friendly, the rooms are well designed and the furnishing is on a high standard. A big thank you to the Friargate team - I had a great time :)
