        Had to visit today 10. 30 am as my wife had fluid leaking from ear First time but reception staff nurse and Dr all very pleasant and extremely helpful Problem treated with antibiotics thank you A&D M

        Took my son to Preston hospital A and E this afternoon as he split his head open, and cannot praise the service we received highly enough. He was assessed, treated and back in the car within an hour. Everyone who helped, from checking in staff at reception to the nurses treating him, were reassuring and made him laugh and relax. So grateful and proud of our NHS. Thank you.
