Visited Simon after a year for a check up on my hearing and to see if the Hearing aids needed adjustment. As previously really excellent service from Simon who took time to look at my ears and carry out a small adjustment to the hearing aids. All done very professionally and not rushed, Simon took time to understand my usage through the last year the user settings I had set up along with checking my hearing aids, cleaning them thoroughly and then testing my ears for any further hearing loss. I cannot recommend Simon & his Team enough . I have been putting off getting a hearing test done for a few years to say the least ! Great from start to finish & very informative in a relaxed atmosphere . My New Hearing Aids really have given me a new lease of life and can hear what I've been missing for years !!

Very thorough and get the best match to suit you! Not a one fits all place. A great range of products, and being an independant business, they are not pushing one make of hearing aid. The dynamic range, clarity and new lease of hearing is so worth the visit. My music is back!

Simons expertise and professional approach is amazing. After my very thorough hearing test, he explained my options without any pressure. I have had my hearing aids for a few weeks now and have had outstanding service from the fitting to the aftercare. I would highly recommend the centre, an excellent experience throughout. Thank you so much, I cant believe the difference my hearing aids have made.
