Diets 2 Go Takeaway

Scam! Awful company! Missed deliveries which totally ruined my diet plan and has no money to replace food so didn't eat for days. Deliveries arrived several days after best before so had to throw away. Customer Service man "Gary" threatened to take more payments after he confirmed cancellation. Food worked out around 8 a meal and was not worth it. Even the fresh batch was causing upset tummy probably because it was gone off, hence my cancelling. The replacement meals hadn't been sent as promised. Then the next round sent out were also delayed and turned up with melted ice packs. My complaints were met with patronising rudeness and threats of continuing the plan.Thinking of cancelling my bank card beause I'm worried they'll continue to charge after cancellation.

Terrible place, will deliver food to late. Food has no taste at all. They will charge you for a monthly plan even if you want to stop.

Poor quality food with little veg. Chicken always chewy, food always tasteless. Asked several times not to charge or send orders again but still taking payments! Do not recommend at all

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- The food, service and welcome was great, I love the look of the place too, great vibe. What made it 5-star for me, was the fact that they could cater to my allergies. If your focus is on great tasting, nutritious food, then I highly recommend this place. The other poor reviews are nothing to do with this takeaway! If these so called customers cannot work that out, then how trustworthy are they? Mind blowing how some people feel the need to spread inaccurate bile. I highly recommend this place and I feel that I need to again mention the food, because it was delicious.
