Broadhurst Optometrists

Imran and Diane really looked after me today. I had a full service with Optimap and OCT scans before my eyes were thoroughly tested by Imran. Once Imran was finished Diane very patiently took me around the showroom to pick 2 frames and a pair of sunglasses. Diane was brilliant with so many to choose from I dont know how she got me to choose three frames, but she did. Broadhursts have looked after me and my hubby for years and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been using broadhurst opticians for many years. However I did experience problems with my most recent spectacles. I have to say that Wendy has been so, so patient and lovely. She even called me today (After a few months of wearing my glasses) to see how I wS getting on with them.. A special thank you to Imran also who carried out my eye test. He fully explained everything to me. So thank you again so much to you both for going above and beyond your duty.

Really blown away by the excellent standards of customer service and care received at Broadhurst's. For years I've happily used other high street opticians, but wanted something extra special and the level of care and attention I received here was exactly what I was looking for. I followed their advice about booking an appointment during a quiet time to choose frames, and it was a perfect experience for me - I really don't know how they could have done better. Huge thanks to Wendy and colleagues for being so patient and listening to my needs. Would highly recommend Broadhurst's to others.

Simply the best eye exam I have ever had. The optician (Edward) was able to explain every single thing he was doing in detail. I have never walked away more informed about my eye health than with broadhursts. Wendy was also extremely helpful in looking at frames, and even though we didn't find the perfect pair at my appointment, she took the time to book me in later in the month when new frames are available. Nothing less than superb care and customer service. I would highly recommend broadhursts to anyone.
