        Too busy to follow up a fault, have been cold all winter because of their unreliability. Will never use them again. Would not recommend to anyone. Basically they took the money and ran!!!

        We love our log burner from fire craft. Such a great service, punctual, worked above and beyond to complete the fitting of our new fire to a very high standard. Friendly team with superb after care service. Highly recommend. Thank you guys.

        What a fantastic company !! From our initial appointment at home we received a very competitive quotation they explained everything from start to finish and as you can see by the photo the finish is fantastic the lads worked very hard and I highly recommend this company you wont be disappointed keep up the great work and thank you for giving us our dream fire
