Sadly my frustration grows when the receptionist take control and basically limit or have control over your medical choices. Often done in a derogatory manner. This changes my overall experience of NHS care . Let GP address these matters after all each patient will have their own individual needs . One size fits all approach is frustrating and medically unhelpful then worsens by this approach. I am loosing trust and confidence in my experience of NHS health care

Relatively new to the practice , I can only confirm that on the few occasions I've had reason to attend appointments the staff ( all staff ) have been polite , caring and professional. I worried about joining a new practice and read a lot of reviews for other surgeries . So pleased I decided on Regent House Surgery .
