They advertised a house on Pilling Lane months ago to let rang up and told its not for rent a mistake by them. Roll the clocks forward to August same house for rent. My partner promptly rang to be told no keys to the property to view until early October. Now rang again to be told another person filled in forms for another property and change their mind and decided to give the person's the house on Pilling Lane without anyone else seeing it very unprofessional from start to finish.

As a tenant, best letting agents I've ever had, hands down. Great at communication and not intrusive.

I cannot actually believe that I have had to give this company a star to write this review because if possible I would give them minus 5 stars!The worst experience I have ever had, 6 months of dealing with the most unprofessional, in knowledgeable company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The owner or manager has absolutely no idea about running a letting agents and basically doesnt care. Lived in a property that had a leak for the whole miserable 6 months we lived there, and even though I reported this on a weekly basis, she has had the cheek to claim from my deposit. Working in this industry myself I am disgusted at the sheer lack of interest that this company shows to their tenants. They are unprofessional, ignorant and simply do not care that people are living in unfit conditions. I would never let or sell with them and will definitely be telling anyone I know not to.
