Zero star if the option was available! I honestly dont understand how these guys have got a good review, theyve had two chances with my car and left it in a mess! Yes its an 8 year old car but its a high spec BMW and youve sprayed it like its ready for banger racing! Its going to cost me more with a proper Bodyshop to put it right now! As my mechanic of twenty years said (who previously worked on body repairs); your three year old could have done better with his f@#king crayons, that paint job has devalued your car by 1500. This was a recommendation job and Lee gave me a cheap price as he said he was doing it as a favour but that cheap price meant a cheap substandard job - I didnt ask or barter for a cheap price, he quoted what he quoted based on his assessment and I accepted it. When I collected the car, I was obviously not happy with the work but his attitude was I feel cheated with this one, Ive spent hours on it with no money in it. And his final excuse was it has been bashed about this one. Firstly, it has been bashed about which is why its in a bodyshop - not just taking it to a bodyshop for sh1ts and giggles! Second of all, the price is what you quoted, its got nothing to do with me, whatever the price is, a paying customer should still expect good results - a job is a job! You dont quote someone a low price and use that as a green light to do a bad job! Its extremely unprofessional! Quoting it too low is your mistake so you should have sucked it up or is this the level of quality to expect from your company? I hate complaining but I am a single dad working part time and you have effectively taken money that I have made to feed my child as I will have to pay more to sort the car out! So the details.. There are bad dull patches where it simply hasnt been sprayed properly. The stress cracks are still visible. You can see lines (lighter in shade) where the new paint is against the old. In many ways, its actually worse than when I took it in and will cost me more to put right. I have been told that some body shops may refuse it because its putting someone elses mistake right. Some photos for proof although the actual defects are much worse than the photos! So if you can make out the defects from the photos, multiply that up!!!
