Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Chorley

Walked in with an advance query regarding the interior fittings/tie down points in a transit tail-lift van, in order to satisfy myself I could transport a valuable, classic motorcycle from Scotland (500+ miles round trip) to Chorley Lancashire safely, rather than trust unknown couriers to do it. Staff, particularly 'Cal' a recent new employee apparently, were more than helpful and despite having fully described the interior tie-downs, opened up the tai-'lift van for me to see. This shows an extra element of customer care and I shall happily rent such a van within the next 10 days because of it. We'll done. Cal! Tom Ashworth

No van available for days..... When one is available after they accept a 10am booking..... It won't be ready until 1pm. Call up at 1pm, it's now ready at 4pm... Maybe earlier. Call up at 2, "oh it's been ready for a while" I go down to collect....... Not ready. So I have to wait while they clean it. I think they maybe under staffed but that is no reason for poor service.
