This Petrol Station comes up as an option for one to receive their delivered Parcels with Collect + delivered by Yodel. Collect + deliveree by Yodel work in partnership with John Lewis & Partners whom I ordered directly from.
I ordered from John Lewis on Sunday 23rd April and had selected for my parcel the following day to be picked up at here in person.
I came the following day and the Petrol Station staff was rude and dismissive. Gave my name, described my parcel and showed email of parcel to be delivered to this address.
The staff was reluctant to look at email and kept speaking of bar code which he was shown was at the bottom of email but refused.
Today during a follow up after disappointment of not receiving Parcel was informed this petrol station refused my Parcel. This Parcel was requested for that particular day to be delivered as a matter of urgency.
This staff has implicated and complicated matters which I am very unhappy. It now explains his attitude when I arrived in attempt to pick my parcel.
Please save yourself the pain, disappointment and stress.
I will never select this petrol station as a collection point. Lesson learned.
