John and his team have been great! We needed one new and one replacement roof window, and the slates checking over. The drone John used showed up damage to the roof we couldn't see from the ground! Thankfully before the damage to the rest of the house became too bad. They installed a much needed membrane and managed to reuse a lot of our existing slates which has kept our house looking the way we wanted. His team were always on time and did a good tidy job. Nothing was too much trouble and John has been great with his after care, taking my calls and answering any questions I had even after the job was completed. I would recommend them to anyone! Cant fault John and his team. Very quick to get hold of him and then stayed in communicatIon throughout. Managed to fit us in the day after I spoke to him to come and survey and gave a reasonable quote for what we needed. Work was planned for the following week but he managed to fit us in even sooner! Found some problems on the day but managed to find a solution to them and get the job done on the day. Gave us options to fix the problem and didnt just try to flog us a whole new roof! But when the time comes, well give Weatherproof Maintenance a call. Very nice man, easy to talk to, as was the gentleman he sent to do the work.
