    Pilates with Steph brilliant! I had a great time at her Saturday morning class, felt very looked after and comfortable having not done any pilates for a few years. Steph tailors the class to all levels and made me feel very welcome. I would highly recommend anyone of any level go and try out her classes. I'm really looking forward to my next visit.

Steph is clear and precise when explaining and also great for thinking about breathing effectively. She also does everything in different levels for different challenge. It is calm and relaxing whilst great for toning and balance. Would very mich recommend. Thank you Steph.
