Magnet Kitchens

Staff are friendly but shocked at the price, for a single fully built 600 wide tall unit the price is over 3k before discount. Our estimate, excluding any electrical items, fitting or worktops came out at over 20k including 50% off, honest it was not a 40k kitchen. These are not solid wood and simply don't seem competitive compared to other suppliers. A similar unit on some online sites is less than 600 and a friend recently got a kitchen similar size for less than 9k from Wren.

Beware do not buy appliances from magnet they zero discount them on the invoice so they do not have to honour any warranty-offer no help when it breaks down the manufacturer claims they sold them to magnet not the end user,The staff at preston and Blackburn are rubbish as well totally uninterested once they have your money.we will be seeing them in small claims court. Hi everyone. Had appointment about our kitchen a couple weeks back. Such w bad experience, the woman was so rude and helpless. We are about to do our kitchen for a first time so we would appreciate some advices, specially that this kitchens are so expensive. No help at all, very arrogant women, Chinese I think she was. We was so upset after this appointment. Do not recommend it at all ! We decided to do our kitchen with different brand. Very helpful and friendly, they did everything what we asked for. If I could I will give zero stars.
