        Attitude from the receptionist is terrible, after missing a call from the Doctor (I was at work and driving at the time) i called back 10-15 min later and was told 'well yeah you missed the call so you need to call back - Tuesday' we are closed for the bank holiday. Over the last 4-6weeks trying to get to a diagnosis must have over 1000 calls - as other people state - the phone rings but no-one answers, you try again 10 seconds later and its engaged, try again and rings off - joke.

        25mins waiting on the phone and I have moved one place in the queue. It is so difficult and often takes well over an hour to get anyone to speak to on the phone. This surgery was excellent when it was run bt Dr. Mashayekhy. Avoid this surgery if you possibly can.

        I have had nothing but trouble with this GP. Trying to get someone to call you back with the new system they have is a joke only to be told they cant see you for another week. This surgery should be closed down as they dont do anything
