I have to say I met the most arrogant young lad today. My phone got stolen so I went into the shop to hopefully purchase a new one but the shop assistant although going through the safety checks well making me go home for ID he just didnt seem interested and it came across as it was all too much trouble. I hope I didnt get a parking ticket outside as he could have warned me about parking eye as I was parked just outside and he knew I was concerned. Im never coming back here again I will go into town. Just train him to be more helpful and interested as there was no one else in the shop so he had lots of time to help me.
