Following erroneous owner response below;- No the Rotary Havana automatic watch was less than 2 years old ,with no previous repairs! NOT 50 years old with previous repairs as you state in response!!
Additionally, you stated in your shop, when I returned to ask for you to check your repair, that nothing wrong with watch or your repair and that"you are not using the watch correctly"! Consequently, I left your shop as a very unhappy previous customer!
However, having purchased a replacement Rotary Henley automatic watch elsewhere, which is working perfectly with the same usage, I leave this further review for all to judge how acceptable your erroneous comments are, after very poor customer service!

Went to collect it tried it on
They had made it smaller !!!
They would not accept responsibility and the fella was very rude & dismissive & wouldn't give me my bangle back until I had paid half the fee as it was silver & sentimental I paid but cannot recommend
