Used them a couple of times now. Really good service. Guy gave me loads of advice on the phone, nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable staff. Easy to order online and collect in store. I would have given 5 stars except the twice I've emailed them I've had no reply.

I have used Plumber Center for over 10+ years the Staff are friendly helpful and overcome any problems quickly and effectively I Have recently started working closely with the Bathroom showroom which Tracey and Elaine who are hardworking friendly and have great ideas and solutions which always helps me better our service as company. As a result we fit and produce beautiful high quality bathrooms supplied by plumber center.I See Tracey and Elaine as part of my team they are so helpful The Trade counter side have good team John always polite and prompt on the phone and counter always delivers excellent customer service Adam always makes sure my deliveries are on time and keeps us update upon when the ETA will be if any traffic or delays any problems he always sorts with a effective solution . Marc Is commonly on the counter and has a vast knowledge of fittings are parts is a invaluable member. whatever fitting or problem marc has a solution for. Marc has help me countless times over years and is a asset to plumber center dealing with everyone to general public to trades. Lisa Keeps the whole team ticking over nicely and any problems that i have had Lisa always comes up with answer to please the scenario weather it be replacements or refunds shes is fair and brilliant at her job.
