Ordered a ring and when it arrived was too small emailed the company sent the ring back and had a replacement sent back within 5 days kept in contact to let me know what was happening and the ring is perfect and very reasonable 5* on all accounts

If I could give it 0 I would. Ordered a box, my boyfriend chased for weeks received over 6 weeks later (was ordered 3 weeks before Christmas). Received a piece of paper to say one of the items was out of stock and we were to email with a request to replace this item. Have both sent multiple emails, multiple direct messages not once bothered to sort it out. Disgraceful customer service do not trust them with your money!

Fabulous jewellery. Such prompt service. My items arrived in 2 days. Gorgeous Nova Earrings, fabulous monochrome necklace and twister bracelet. Had loads of compliments. Very good value and beats competitors hands down.

Parcel lost by the courier but Customer Services keep telling me it is in transit despite me sending a copy of an email from the courier admitting that it is lost!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID - 3+ weeks and my order has still not arrived. My first email to customer services was responded to and I was told there was an issue with customs. They are UK based and so am I so customs aren't involved!!! Assume this is a standard email for when they fleece overseas customers. Now they are not responding to my emails. Scammers.
