10x Athletic

I've been using The 10x athletic supplements pre workouts whey proteins, creatine, EAA, and Glutamine. throughout my prep currently 8 weeks so I know these products enough now! Pre workout: (extreme stim/ pump zero stim) extreme stim lives up to its name. It's fast acting the focus endurance everything about it and I wouldn't even say you crash off it tbh I have these on my morning sessions so I get the most out of my workouts tastes banging ! Then if I do an evening workout I'll have the pump version none stim so that I can get to sleep no problem. It also lives up to its name the pumps are insane and has the same effect of any other pre-workout for focus and energy Whey protein:(chocolate milk, Banana split, strawberry & vanilla ice cream) still yet to try peaches and cream. I use these straight after my workouts each morning and honestly the best taste texture I've ever had from whey protein especially with water flawless !! I mix my none flavour creatine and Glutamine in with this so that I'm getting all my essential supplements in 1 shake EAA: I have this before during or after my workouts or even later on in the day as a substitute for a flavoured drink its honestly the best tasting EAA there is. These supplements are by far the best on the market by far in all aspects I couldn't recommend them any more I'd not go to another brand especially with the offers they have online on stacks you save a fortune compared to buying individually local and they throw in free supplements like BCAA and free postage can't go wrong 10/10 Product from me !!!

From out of nowhere I stumbled on a new Vegan protein shake. I like to give all new products on the scene a try and Ive wasted a lot of money buying big bags or tubs when no samples are available and discovering they taste vile. I took a punt with this one as I like the packaging and I was pleasantly surprised. A new kid on the block that tastes like it will give the old guys a run for their money. Mixes well with water and tastes real good.
