EDIT:
Having completed a customer service questionnaire with the same comments as above, I was contacted by Customer Services and offered an apology and 20 compensation. All very good but I would have preferred the delay not to have occurred in the first place. I have updated my review to reflect their offer of compensation. Service: Glass installation
