I never give bad reviews but there is no way i could give this place a good one! Went this morning at 9 and the first thing i noticed was it was absolutely freezing. The 2 young girls that had clearly been left to run it didn't seem to know what to do. There were no keys for the lockers, no music on (this didn't come on until 10 as it needed to warm up!) The inflatable castle took 45 mins to blow up so by the time we got to go on that i was ready to leave. Why charge people from 9 when the staff are clearly only turning up at 9 and nothing is ready to play on.The soft play area was nothing more than a few very old, dirty toys that left my little boy in tears because most of them didn't work. The chairs for the children to sit on were mouldy and the whole place looked shabby. The sensory room was nothing more than a tiny room with a ball pit and a couple of old tents. There was only one other child here and i am not surprised.

Been here a few times now with my kids and family. You pay by the hour for a bounce. And if it's your first time you have to buy bounce socks but once you've bought em if you bring them with you next time you won't need to purchase new ones. It a good place to bring kids and even younger ones such as toddlers as there's a soft play area upstairs.

Booked online... turned up and place was closing. Women didnt seem to give s**t that we had 2 very disappointed little ones.. no apology and still no refund. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME
