had a problem in another post office with a prepaid return package, the staff couldn't scan it for some reason and even opened the parcel to see if there was some thing inside to scan, there wasn't all the information was on the outer packaging as I told them but they wouldn't listen. I left the shop with my parcel which was now in need of a resealing, so went into hough lane post office and they repaired the package for me then scanned it without a problem......first class service from very helpful friendly people.....highly recommend....!

I try to avoid parcelforce as they tend to leave parcels here for me to pick up, the few times I've been in the same rude woman seems annoyed to have a customer. Today she ignored the customers waiting instead standing blocking the entrance with a brush, then snatched the collection note. Definitely avoid.
