        Excellent staff on the tills on Saturday the 17th December 2022. Very friendly and polite.. I was listening to them both whilst looking around the store and they were so lovely to everyone. Thank you this sort of service makes a massive difference.

        On wishing to change size of some unopened underwear double packs received as present, shop was unhelpful and not willing to offer any goodwill. Manager was initially difficult and not willing to budge from policy. Having spent upwards of 500 since it opened, I will not be returning to store. Poor experience.
