        Firstly Im not a plumber and so with no hot water coming through the sink tap I sort of knew it needed a replacement tap or valve. Went to the counter with the part in my hand asking whether it was possible to buy one, sorry we dont have a replacement for that type. (Bigger spline than standard/normal on mine). Great customer service understanding my needs and although offered a new replacement faucet and taps it would have involved more plumbing than I felt confident at and so eventually offered a set of tap of revivers with a lovely addendum that you can always bring it back if it doesnt fit. So after turning off the stop cocks, it was a straightforward replacement. Can not thank the young chap enough for his patience and understanding. One satisfied customer.
