Priory Kitchen Studio

Beware rogue traders. Had a kitchen fitted by priory kitchen studio 3 years ago. Thought to use local company. Seemed professional, but made a big mistake. Very expensive for what you get . the quality of the goods are poor , the fitting is very poor. So many mistakes comes across as incompetence,they knew about the mistakes and tried to hide them. When you query them you just get a load of lies. We are left with a worse kitchen than we had before. When you try to contact them you cannot get through, you get diverted to answer phone and when you leave a message you are ignored. This company is dishonest and not interested in kitchens,they just want your money. When I last got through to them I was told to go to trading standards. Don't let them ruin your kitchen

7 years ago we had an expensive kitchen designed and fitted by priory kitchen studio. We were impressed with the design and we felt our input was listened to. The installation came with a few problems.....sink cut into worktop in wrong place....double oven installed too high...problematic larder unit and dishwasher that was fitted incorrectly and eventually moved so much that it flooded the floor causing lifting of the expensive tiles. We were given a new dishwasher and attempts have been made to repair... not replace the floor.... unsuccessfully. The door on the dishwasher was too big which caused the new one also to catch on other units which had we left it would have resulted in another flood. Eventually after literally years of waiting we finally had a slice taken off so that it fitted but now we have a raw edge. It is impossible to get hold of anyone to respond to our calls or texts and 7 years later I still have an incomplete kitchen. The professionalism has been non existent and communication appalling. I would not touch this company with a bargepole. Very impressed with the quality of the kitchens and the staff are awesome. From design to installing I was impressed.

Definitely recommend Priory Kitchen Studio. Project managed throughout takes the stress out of having a new kitchen. With all the choices and specifically designed kitchens. There is no one better.
