        Integrate Charity provide not for profit services for disabled people, they have a great range of social enterprises for differing abilities and different services to cater for all. They do they're best to staff match, and from my experience within the social care industry alot of companies tend to go more money focused and have a high turnover of staff, this isn't the case with integrate who have kept there ethos for many years and also have numerous staff that have worked there multiple years..
