        Thank you to the sales assistant in Claire's St John's Shopping Centre, Preston (read the sarcasm, please) for making me waste 14.00 yesterday afternoon. I went in looking for a 10mm labret stud. She suggests one, I ask her to check with a ruler as I thought it was an 8mm. I ask a few times as I know I can't return it if it's not OK... She confirms and insists is a 10mm. I arrive home, and guess what!? Is a 8mm! Shocking, eh? Claire's, can you please check your employees can use a ruler? What do I now with a stud I can't wear and 14.00 I could have used to buy one that would fit?

        Excellent service and professional staff. Had 2 piercings done and have had absolutely no problems. Extremely competitive prices and was explained everything as the piercings were done. Better than the average studios popping up everywhere easily. Will definitely be using them again.
