Very well stocked store on 2 levels and loads of very helpful friendly staff

I wanted to buy a double egg chair and approached a staff member at 4.45pm. I was made aware that I would require a four by four vehicle to transport it. I called my brother to come over with his car. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the egg chair and even helped us put it in the car even when the store had closed and it was well after 5pm. As this was a last minute retirement gift I was very thankful. Thank you especially to Dan, Nigel and Mark. But again, thank you to everyone at the store.

Nice large store. But be careful up stairs as there are no safety bollards at the top of the stairs to stop trolleys or wheelchairs going down by accident

You could spend all day in there it's absolutely huge. It would be easier to list what they don't sell rather than what they do. The garden centre at the back is very similar to what was there when it was homebase so as well as plants there's all the decking, slabs, fence panels, sheds etc. Definitely worth a visit
