        Just come back from a fantastic holiday in Khao Lak Thailand. I bobbed in to the TUI holiday shop in Chorley Lancashire some months ago. I sat with a member of staff called Kirsteen who was amazing I told her what kind of holiday and type of resort and accommodation we would like and through her expertease and knowledge of doing her job she tailored made our holiday to Thailand. We had a fantastic two weeks holiday here so thank you TUi and especially Kirsteen for all your help well worth a visit to this shop.

        I have nothing but praise for the staff of Chorley Tui travel shop They dealt with my query with the utmost professionalism and were pleasant and efficient throughout in particular special thanks to Kirsteen for her outstanding patience

        Rang this store with complaint, dawn dealt with it very badly , speaking down and raising her voice point blank wouldn't help , head office now have an email , wouldn't use this store again going back to Bolton where staff want to help
