        Host My Cloud provide cloud services for the firm for which I work. The system is very reliable but when there are issues, HMC staff members are quick to respond to them, whether they are individual or firm-wide. They are good at providing a 'how to' series of screenshots if it is something we can resolve ourselves or they can remotely access our screens if more technically challenging or to see what is going on. They are skilled computer geeks but approachable and friendly and do not make us feel time-wasters if what we are asking is (for them) quite basic. Highly recommend.
