        Had whole house carpet fitted, stairs, all upstairs and study, was lovely to start with but then upstairs carpets started to ripple, contacted them and they came out to rectify but still having the same problem, asked if we had lifted the carpet which we hadnt, contacted them to see if they have off cuts or similar to carpet the inside of our wardrobe, contacted them on several occasions but never returned my call, poor after sales, we have had to go elsewhere to rectify the problem, not impressed!
